Your tailored plan can include home finding, paperwork support, arrival arrangements and everyday assistance. Before we begin, we agree on the scope, timing and costs so you know what to expect at each stage.

Yes. We can start remotely, using your budget, housing needs and school or workplace location. We shortlist properties, coordinate viewings and support you through the lease signing. The choice is always yours; property availability and rental terms are checked during the search.

The listed packages range from €1,800 for home finding to €5,000 for Platinum. These are indicative prices: your quote confirms the scope, duration and VAT treatment. Rent, security deposit, estate agency fees and third-party costs are not included. You can also choose individual services, with costs agreed before they begin.

We shape the plan around the whole family: housing, guidance on school choices, paperwork and arrival arrangements. We can also coordinate services for everyday life. Together we set priorities around distances, routines and individual schedules. School admissions remain the responsibility of each institution.

We help students find accommodation, manage paperwork and settle into Milan, including those studying fashion, design and business. Ongoing plans offer regular check-ins and support throughout the year. Updates to parents are agreed with the student, respecting their privacy and the chosen service.

Yes. Choose a single service, a relocation package or an agreed ongoing support plan. From arrival arrangements to a reservation or transfer, we focus on what you need without duplicating what you have already organised. Your personal proposal sets out the frequency, availability and costs of support.

Your plan is followed by a designated concierge. Post-arrival support depends on your package: Gold includes 30 days after check-in, and Platinum includes 60 days. For longer-term needs, we can agree on ongoing support. Contact channels, hours and how requests are handled are agreed at the outset.

Tell us your preferred language when you first contact us, and we will agree on communication arrangements with your concierge and the professionals involved.
